Niklas Florén is Chief Executive Officer at WirelessCar. He brings over twenty-five years’ experience working in the software/IT industry, holding a wealth of different roles, including developer, customer delivery manager, CTO, and most recently, COO. Niklas takes pride in WirelessCar’s unique position at the intersection of the automotive world and the world of software. As CEO, he is devoted to automotive digitalization and playing a central role in the transition towards safe, smart and sustainable mobility.
Theo-Han Jansen is Vice President of Strategy & Product Management at WirelessCar. He is also responsible for the WirelessCar Germany branch in Munich. He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, the last 18 of which were within the connected vehicle business. He brings experience from several technology providers along with over a decade working at multiple OEMs such as FCA/Stellantis, Maserati and Ferrari, where he was responsible for implementing global connected vehicle programs.
Greg Geiselhart is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at WirelessCar. He has twenty years of experience within the connected vehicle business, including as Executive Director of Telematics Valley, which he helped establish in 2001. He joined WirelessCar in 2006, first in Sweden and then establishing the company’s operations in the United States two years later. An entrepreneurial spirit, Greg has successfully founded two enterprises and has nearly thirty years of experience in marketing and sales.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jessica Nymark is responsible for the Delivery and Product Development organization at WirelessCar. She has been working with the development of connected services since 2008, addressing everything from project management to enterprise architecture, to intellectual property. Jessica’s focus has been on transforming OEMs’ traditional development processes for vehicle development and administrative IT to agile methodologies that bring the ecosystem stakeholders together.
Henrik Ljungberg is Vice President of Business Operations and Compliance and acting Vice President of People and Culture at WirelessCar, where his focus is to support the company’s way of working and ensure compliance with customer and owner demands on governance. He is also responsible for the company’s business in China. Henrik has over twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry, first as a software developer and then moving into manager roles and operations at Volvo IT before joining WirelessCar in 2013.
Tomas Carlfalk is the Chief Technology Officer at WirelessCar, where he works with automakers to realize their digital transformation strategies. Born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden, Tomas started his career in automotive as a software developer at WirelessCar twenty years ago. In his different roles over the years, he has been involved in the launch of several connected car programs, along with leading the cloud adoption and cybersecurity initiatives across WirelessCar.
Carl-Fredrik Rindebro is Chief Financial Officer at WirelessCar, where he is responsible for driving strong financial results through sales growth and investments in the company’s product roadmap. During his twenty years of working in the automotive and software/ IT industry, he has been involved with products, sales, and planning processes. He joined WirelessCar in 2012, where his focus on generating revenue goes hand in hand with creating safe, smart and sustainable services.
Hanna Belleus is the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, overseeing internal and external communications, culture, brand, and marketing. She has nearly twenty years of experience in marketing and communications, with the last fifteen spent in leadership positions at global software, design, and automotive companies. Hanna joined WirelessCar in 2024 to lead the company’s efforts in amplifying the brand and offerings globally. She is dedicated to shaping and sharing the company’s story while fostering connections between employees, customers, and stakeholders—all with the purpose of empowering future mobility.
