Role description
The First Line Specialist works within the Support and Service Monitoring organization carrying out support and communication tasks. This is 24*7 support function and provides helpdesk service to our global customers. Besides, first line would also monitor our important services that running in global market. The tasks of First Line Specialist are mainly but not limited to:
•  To handle malfunction reporting emails from customers.
•  Tickets and functional mailbox management.
•  Service monitoring.
•  Communicate and coordinate with internal team and external customer
•  Coordinate during major incident and send out customer notifications

Required competencies
•  Basic knowledge in Linux systems and network is desirable but not required.
•  Have basic understanding of ITIL and SLA .
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Team player and custmer oritened mindset.
•  Good English with both speaking and writing, which is a MUST

Work description
This role will belong to the Support and Service Monitoring organization which is delivering telematics services through application and infrastructure operation to a number of car brands. The Support and Service Monitoring organization team is represented at 3 sites (Gothenburg, US and Beijing). You will be part of a global organization that delivers Telematics solutions to our customers across 50+ countries. Important elements of the position are good communication skill and understanding ITIL process. Basic knowledge of telematics and communication over mobile networks is an advantage.

You are proactive and have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve your knowledge. You are also proficient in both spoken and written English.

Working Hours
This is a 24*7 team, which means everyone needs to take both day shift and night shift. Each shift is 12hrs from 8:30 – 20:30(or vise versa), and you will have 3 shifts per week (on an average), and also one week vacation every 3 months.
