To achieve the company’s goal, WirelessCar provided dedicated teams with automotive software expertise that could drive the solution and architecture. These DevOps teams took responsibility for development, maintenance, and operations. In addition, they collaborated with the customer to establish an agile way of working based on SAFe that was both practical and easy to follow. To achieve the highest quality, we introduced a zero-bug policy as a success factor.
