Our Role

During the development phase,  a Telematics Service Provider (TSP) acts  like a service integrator, integrating all different data interfaces between the vehicle, OEM back-end systems, wireless carrier, call center(s), emergency services, on-line map and other content providers. 

Once the system is put into operation, the  TSP then constantly (24/7/365)  monitors and manages all these different data interfaces, so an end-to-end telematics service can be provided to the OEM’s end-customer, e.g. the driver, with a very high availability.
